The Courier, battered and beaten, his heart sunk and darkened after the battle for Hoover Dam, was soon coming to the end of the Lonesome Road. For the longest time the only place he had to live was in the dirty, used room in Freeside he got for free for helping the Garrets with their tab issues. He had become addicted to chems and alcohol  and he wasn't proud of himself at all. All of his companions that weren't dead left him because of what he had become. So, one dark lonely night, after he had paid a dirty hooker to… Do her business with him. After she had left, he rethought everything that happened, to him it seemed like all his fault. He had stripped himself of his clothes and weapons for what had just happened before, so he took his NCR Ranger Vet Armour and placed it neatly on the bed, as well as all of his weapons, except for one. It was a special pistol, only given to Ranger Vets after 20 years of service. He kept that in his hand. He sat on the bed and took a few pictures from the pockets of his armour. They were pictures of all the companions he had along the way, Cass, Boone, Veronica, Ganon, Lilly, Rex, ED-E, everyone that had ever traveled with him. He looks down and them and frowns, tears starting to flow down his face and onto the pictures. He shook his head violently and threw them across they room. He firmly places the barrel of the gun against his temple, chocking out a few more tears. He took one last breath, and held it while while pulling the trigger. Bits and chunks of his brain and skull everywhere on the wall. His body fell in that direction to, flopping onto the sheets silently and lightly. The only way anyone would know he died was the gunshot. But gunshots were so frequent in Freeside, so he body just sat there for a few weeks before someone smelled his body rotting. After his body was found, they just threw it into a dumpster behind the Atomic Wrangler, and traded his armour and weapons  for caps. Wasn't fitting, but Jason would think it was the death he deserved.

The LPS runs Ponyville. They run damn near the whole underground, and nothing happens without the LPS knowing. It all started when Jason, a young pegasus colt, began noticing that he didn't like the way Celestia ran things. She ruled it all and nopony else had their say. As he grew older, he learned more and more about how right he was. When he turned 18 he decided he wasn't going to take it anymore. He decided that the ponies of Equestria needed a change, they needed a hero, they need the Liberal Pony Squad. He started at a magical testing facility, where innocent ponies and animals were forced to be test subjects for hundreds of deadly experiments. He broke into a cage and freed a pony. He stepped out of the shadows of his cage and Jason almost feared his muscles, magical experiments caused his to be almost three times stronger then others. He only spoke in small mumbles, it bacame soon clear that the experiments left his Mentally retarded. Jason was going to release more but he was found out and had to run away with the pony he recued. He was later given the name Messiah. For then his job was to sit in the safehouse, the Ponyville Homeless Shelter, and twittle his hooves. Next Jason roamed the streets at night, and found a hooker who would listien to him, and actually hear his words. She soon saw that he was right, and Celestia couldn't rule like this, and joined. She was given the nickname Wenchy. Instead of sitting back with Messiah, her job was to go out and ask for donations so they could move out of the homeless shelter. Jason went out again and found a few others. Nolak, Grimith, and Fancy Pants. That was just the begining of the LPS, nopony gave them much of a chance, but they were wrong.
